Ultimately, it totally depends on you. It's just a rough figure based on my experience.

@TrapstarWock currently inflation is very high so for a normal family mean a lower middle class family of 5 members it would be about 15k pakistan rupees for grocery except billing rents fee medical and others expenses 15 pakistani rupee means about 52 USD
