Did you use Lithium battery 9V for Datapaq EasyTrack2 ? Sometime non Lithium battery can cause of this problem and also need to check wire/conenctor from 9V socket still in good codition and not short circuit. Alternative you can replace new USB coms cable to confirm communication socket still ok. That all we can check.
How to fix Serious internal error?
