Makkos 14a Amud Yomi Shiur

[BS"D] Double penalty in Halacha. The default punishment for breaking a 'lav' is malkos. Now if the Torah says outright that a certain prohibition carries with it capital punishment, does that exempt the sinner from malkos? Or dies he get both? and what about a 'lav' that carries with it 'karess'? Also, when having relations with one forbidden woman involves three different prohibitions (i.e. she is both your sister and your aunt on both sides!!) do you have to have one kapparah or three?
