Yes, Joe did act like a dick to KSI last year, in the buildup of the KSI vs Swarmz and Pineda fight (some stupid Twitter bs, I can't remember the specifics), but that was over a year ago now, and KSI may've forgiven him for that. On the other hand, you of course have Behzinga, who is fighting Joe Weller. I don't think I've seen a single clip of KSI shitting on Joe for how he acted last year, so maybe he's forgotten about it and moved on?
