You really think I still know what I did in a video which I recorded 4 years ago? Obviously with a "law" extension you can control the extension with a law and you can also control the continuity. An extrude is not an extension and you can´t control it with a law.
Seems you don´t get the aim/purpose of this exercise, do you? In order to get a smooth surface you have to make sure you get at least tangent continuous surfaces.
Sorry, NX 2007? No idea. That would be NX 5 or 6? You can get the NX Learning Edition for free - so get rid of that old version because it really sucks.
I am using NX9. I didn’t find ‘Fill Surface’ command in it. I tried other options to close the curves but the results are not good. Can you suggest any alternative command. Thank You.
Sorry, I never had NX 9, use the command finder and look for the fill surface command. You can try through curvesm through curve mesh os studio surface.
I was looking for a tutorial just like this one. Thank you so much!

What is difference between law extension and extrude ? Why did you use law extension in bottom line and use extrude in top line ?

I do not have the direct sketch options. Where can I find these? Using NX 2007. Thank you for any help.
