Hamburg Wochenende | Lauren in 🇩🇪 Ep 20

Had a great weekend exploring the beautiful city of Hamburg with Gretchen. It’s only 2.5 hours by train from Hannover, but this was my first time visiting! I think it might be one of my favorite German big cities.
The time is flying by, now that it’s finally sunny and warm! I’m doing my best to see as much as I can before I go.

Every town in Germany is allowed to allow shops to open on special sundays, Usually that is only for one or two Sundays per year.

3:09 I think this isn't filming for "Tatort" but rather filming for the ZDF TV series "Notruf Hafenkante". The building on the left in the video is not a real police station but only serves as a backdrop and is familiar from the series. Thank you for this video. Hamburg is a beautiful city but my old home Lüneburg (i lived there as a student 25 years ago and taked there my military service too) makes me smile every time i saw it! So many good memories. 👍
