Calcutta High court is currently way better than SC.

2. SSC teacher scam Case
3. Coal Scam
Not a single case has got conclusion in SC.
In case of the WB SSC scam case Calcutta High Court already gave judgement but SC is staying it & prolonging the case way too much. I hardly think SC could do justice when it comes to TMC.

RG kar medical college started its journey in 1886. Everybody knows it is hard to get an admission in govt.medical college. In a way it is a place of bright students.
I can very well say that in the last 100 years everyday there were at least 200 women including doctors in the night shifts. We haven't heard of any such incident before. Why?
The problem lies somewhere else. Over the years it is said that all these institutions have become money making machines. Purchasing of the drugs, appointment of contractors, even passing examinations are being considered at a cost.
Now this worst situation may cause anything anyday and the victims will be gender neutral.
Dignity and self esteem are hardly seen in the teachers holding post or not.
I fail to understand why (a)the hospital campus was not declared a restricted place right after the incident. (b)"in and out" whatsoever made under strict scrutiny (c) any protest or demonstration inside the campus was not banned?
