Trying something new. Instead of drawing superheroes, decided to draw Tinker Bell in my style.
Enjoy!

Damn, that is a STRONG Tinkerbell. Broad shoulders, legs like an ice skater.
Absolutely remarkable! Watching you work is like magic- you hold the pencil so loosely and so far off the page- I'm always grinding it in there, lol. Watching you erase perfectly good linework horrifies me, but then you got and improve it- I'm always finding my "second go-over" makes it worse. Love the anatomy here- using big, thick Chun-Li thighs is just PERFECT for our favorite pixie!

Mr. Cho, i love your drawing art works 😺👍.
The first comic book, i have ever read from your drawing works, is JUNGLE GIRL.
I loaned it from a city library in the early 2010's.
You are an excellent artist 🖋️🖊️✏️🖍️ 😺👍.
Thank you 😸😺👍!
Beautiful drawing Frank, much love from Brazil 💪❤
awesome work. I've learned so much from watching you draw, trying to recreate the characters, study how to draw anatomy, facial expressions, hair etc. Thank you so much for putting your vids out there.
Stunning artwork as usual
The fact you brought up the tabloid batboy thing is crazy. I know exactly what you’re referring to lol.
very beautiful drawing, thanks!!
She looks amazing. Great as always Frank!
Its always fun to watch a disney character be turned into a comic style bad ass heroine in this style. Thanks for the vid, Frank!
Love Disney characters
So much to learn from these videos. I'd love to see you draw Cheetara, Pumyra or Wilykit some time.
This is amazing. It would have taken me hours just to lay the line work. I love your style and I hope I can be anywhere close to your skill set with enough hard work
Tinks got back!
It was such a fun and amazing drawing either way, Mr. Cho!
I think I want some of that cake.
As an artist, I collect other artists on Pintrest which may sound weird, but look at the volume of beautiful work from Frank Cho and you will see he is a modern master.
Beautiful ❤
one word. AMAZING!!
Julie strain Heavy Metal F.A.K.K.2 was a alternitive, or Taarna, Elvira.....and many more. I hope Mr. Cho. You fimale drawigs are the best. Thanks for your drawing video's ! I👍IT.
Always a pleasure to watch you work, dude. I'd love to see a real time drawing session sometime.
Edit: well that's what I get for commenting before the video is over; 7:50 I watched a video about the influence Carl Barks had on Osamu Tezuka, which of course influenced a generation of manga readers and artists after WWII. Crazy big circle of cultural dynamics, eh?
Sininho musculosa demais.😮😮😮
Love to see yours art of junior character too 😊😊😊
Thicker Bell
Show
Amazing
Frank, that's no Tink. That's a THUNK.
Tinker bell been hitting the squat rack
Great job on drawing Tinker Bell. Could you please draw Raven?
It's an amazing drawing! When can we see you drawing a Liberty Meadows character? maybe Ralph and Leslie?
Hi Frank! love your work. may I ask what pen are you using?
I feel that Disney's influence on manga is often overstated in the US. Yes Tezuka loved Disney and borrowed a lot from Disney and Tezuka was influential on generations of Japanese manga and anime artists that followed.
However that being said if you look at a lot of traditional Japanese art in museums and books you will find that there are also highly expressive faces with hugely exaggerated eyes.
I've even seen it proposed that the japanese way of depicting eyes may be derived from the method of writing words in japanese, the order of strokes and so on....
Whether or not that is provable, I think the use of exaggeration in prints, paintings, sculptures and crafts probably dropped into the social consciousness much more even though Disney obviously has a global audience.
Thicker Bell??
I wonder if Frank Cho ever use photos as references for he's work
Oh, All artists use references, including myself. I use everything for references - photos, toys, statues and myself. I always have a mirror nearby to use myself for reference in a pinch.
