Mumbai's Famous Kachumber salad Sandwich | Indian Street Food

Mumbai street food is known for it's innovation in sandwiches and this is one unique variety of sandwich served at Dashrath Sandwich in Borivali. All the vegetables like onion, tomato, cucumber, cabage is finely chopped using a big knife and mixed cheese to make a Kachumber sandwich filling. Those sandwiches look nice, but he really needs to get a cutting board, just a wooden board, you can clearly see that after many times of use, the table is getting scraped from it's coating.

Wood laminate particles all in the sandwich. Mixture drills better be in a steel vessel. And mechanical cutters for veggies will reduce lead time for the sandwich
