Hey thanks. When a muted track is selected, the red M flashes in time with active steps on that track. It's basically a placeholder that says "a note would have played here if this track were not muted"
@@mathewdenboer cool. how do you find the OP-XY? specifically, what would you say it's weakest area, an area where you would need to bring in other gear to help it?
@ that’s a good question. The main things for me would be a pitch envelope, a drum synth engine and a way to switch projects without stopping the sequencer. Overall I love the XY. I was a big fan of the OP- Z, and XY works in a similar way while expanding functionality and sounding a lot better. The onboard mastering tools are a huge plus. I am also quite confident that there will be a game-changing firmware update in the near future. That’s been the pattern with TE.
