There seems to be a lot of jealousy here -due to the negative labor comments, etc. This is discipline, NOT labor. Amazing talent like this should NEVER be ridiculed.
OH MY GOD THIS IS THE CUTEST THING I HAVE EVER SEEN!!!! They are sooo incredibly good, too!! Plus I like the song. They bounce around as they play, hilarious! Love them. I'm a fan!
?? these kids have more talent in their pinky finger than most adults have in their whole body, the youngest one can't even see what he's doing for christ sake, & still kills it !?
I'd much prefer extra hard work for children than teaching them to be underachievers like in most of the USA. Our highest achievers here would probably be average in Japan.
if you train a child when he/she is real young, they pick up on it like crazy. send a 3 year old to china, and they'll speak fluent chinese in 1-2 years.
@pyro1588 if you have actually played any instrument you know having some kind of body movement helps keep the rythm without having to focus mentally on it too much
Okay. Now I know that we all just sucked in music school compared to these guys. And I went to Eastman School of Music! Does Keiko Abe know that these guys exist?

Generally, as an american, i'll actually agree with you.
But there were a few Americans that were amazing. Michael Brecker, for instance.
