@@naumanmehdi1747 yes, even in the ground you need to add fertilisers but comparatively less, as the nutrients are available to the plant from the soil. Whereas in pots it's a restricted area and nutrition leatches out from the pots

Yes they need them at regular interval of 20 to 25 days. Never tried with gypsum. So can't comment on that, sorry. Lime works better for me.
