Thank you for showing specifically how it looks in app while mobile ordering with the dining plan. This sorted some of my confusion on adding specialty drinks to quick service meals to make sure they were included and not wasting a snack credit on top of meal credit!
Awesome video! This is what I’ve been looking for since the dining plan came back out! Going next week, so thanks for your bringing the info to us!! Can’t wait to check the others out!
@@amdreier89 You’re welcome! No, the reason it says not accepted is because they don’t have any actual meals so they don’t take any meal credits for anything whether it’s an adult meal or a child’s meal credit. However, they DO take snack credits (everything there is a snack credit) and there is no difference between an adult or child’s snack credit, both will work.
I heard a tip - If you manage to get a free dining offer and you have kids, put their ages down as over 10 so they get adult credits. Some of the kids menus are really awful!
To clarify… you can use a child credit at the Starbucks in the parks and it will include a sandwich and any size/any drink? Like a large Frappuccino with extra shots?
Here is Part 1 of 2 of all the food I got on the dining plan which also shows how to use a childs credit on the app. In person you just tell the cashier. ua-cam.com/video/AJeLxqgJ5pw/v-deo.htmlsi=FMvu1Zq-c5MvuqPU
I did both, and both were very easy however, they have decreased the number of open registers so if you order in person, you may have a long wait. I ordered in person when I wanted to make special requests or substitutions. Also, make sure you say you want to use the dining plan credit before you tap the magic band, if not they may do a room charge instead. On the flipside, The mobile order automatically uses your dining credits and snack credits when you order, unless you change it at the order summary screen. Hope that helps!
@@disneyworldvacationer awesome that helps so much!!! Also I love this series you have done because there is not many videos out there like this. That literally break down each park and all food locations. It’s such a big need since this is the first year of DDP since pre Covid. And then you have certain places who don’t advertise they take DDP but then they do so awesome series and much needed. Thank you for your time and dedication!!!
I'm a bit confused, how do you know if it's a snack or meal credit? Some parts you just show the menu's, but don't say anything about which is what. are there logo's for it? what am I looking for?
Yes. So what you want to look for when you see the menus I show is the logo I show at 1:08 in the video, these are snack credits. For example, at 3:15 in the video, every item has that logo next to it (next to each items name, its very small) except the Mickey kitchen sink. Which means the Mickey kitchen sink does not qualify as a snack credit but everything else does.
My anxiety loves you very much :D Thank you!

I can't wait for your Epcot video.
Your wish is my command!
Thank you for the walk through guide! Question: online it says Storybook Treats is not accepted. So is this one of those adult only credits?

This is exciting news! My daughter wants an Aurora Cone! Thank you again. @@disneyworldvacationer

Don’t you pay the adult price then?
That's why I said if you get FREE dining in an offer.
To clarify… you can use a child credit at the Starbucks in the parks and it will include a sandwich and any size/any drink? Like a large Frappuccino with extra shots?
Yes 😁 & up to 3 shots can be added. Or obviously a snack credit just for the drink.
@@disneyworldvacationer awesome! We’ve done this in the past with adult credits but never child. My hubby made an $18 drink once!!
@@jessicakleinberg7925 😂 You guys are LEGENDARY! I love it
How do you pick in the app to make sure you are using a kid's credit vs adult credit?

can you order een hamburger plain
How easy is it to order and use your dining credits with magic bands? Or is it just easier to mobile order?
