- The Cardinals moved to 5-0 on the season and 3-0 in the ACC after going on the road to defeat the Wolfpack, 13-10. Louisville's defense had eight tackles for loss, two sacks, two interceptions, a fumble recovery, and held NC State to zero points in the second half. Louisville quarterback Jack Plummer finished the game 21 of 35 for 286 yards and a touchdown. Wide receiver Chris Bell Jr. caught three passes for 85 yards and a touchdown. For NC State, Brennan Armstrong became the 10th ACC quarterback to throw for 10,000 career yards while going 13-25 for 112 yards. Armstrong also ran the ball 17 times for 61 yards.

17:00 is the definition of a catch. Ref rewrote rules to call that incomplete.
How did they not overturn that on the review? I get the a ref can make that mistake in real time (even if wrong) but how does upstairs with all the camera view and time not overturn that. They stole a career catch from Thompson and Plummer.

NC State has nothing to be ashamed of, they have a couple of tough losses, but they are a very good team that will win most of the rest of the games this season.

Stop being so nice, coach. It's so obvious to your solutions is that when your main guy which is your quarterback isn't doing great, the whole unit as team will not motivated to do extra work. Remember whenever MJ Morris starts last year with a comeback win before he got hurt , the whole team dwells as a unit both offense and defense and yet you stick on to Armstrong from transferring. I don't feel sorry for him for not producing the number and your whole
NC state teams know this. In 4 games Armstrong started for crying out loud just look at his stats and do the number and think about it as a team.
If I was one of the team Capt, I would gather a talk and discuss this bc this isn't going anywhere with Armstrong.
