@@EveryThingProTube No there not! You clearly have them cooling your rad. and there are not enough holes in that plexiglass side. It's a nice case and you have put in a lot of work but I think you need some small improvements! to the way, the air is flowing. my recommendation is to check your CPU temps make your fans do push-pull on the rad and cut 2 fan wholes in the top but leave the front holeless and add some fan grills from mnpctech.com then rerun and look at your CPU temp I guarantee you will see some improvement! also, I would never be comfortable with the way that the pump is sitting! you're almost asking for trouble & one more thing when drilling onto plexiglass like that you should use some masking tape to keep from scratching the plexiglass.
