If he's from Europe, of course it doesn't correlate down to the bone the same way as southerners or even Americans from country, lower and simple living styles can relate to it. Europeans are born pretty fortunate to be honest. No diss to them, my dream is to live in Europe because I've experienced it and have befriended quite a bit of people there. Something like this just wouldn't hit home unless you come from the sticks of America. Not the best or worse place. But, a humble, soulful place for sure. Europe is a completely different world than Kentucky.
