2 rounds to 1 for Yilmaz. But that japanese dude won a lot of respect from me. After being dominated and basically on his last legs in the first round...he throws his best shots of the fight and then gives the turk a good beating for the remainder of the fight. Yilmaz is a master kicker. Clearly the winner, inflicting twice as much damage and taking half as much. Props to both fighters.
That spinning kick...is deadly if you connected the heel to your opponents jaw...just like Badr Hari did to his opponent. One of my favorite spinning kick to do actually...🇵🇭
Close fight with great spirit and technique by both. We will argue who deserved the win but I think both fighters deserve great respect. Muay Thai boxers will throw fits and make excuses for a TKD fighter doing so well. TKD guys will make excuses for the Muay Thai guy winning. I think, Full Contact TKD and Muay Thai are equal just both have very different method. Serkan tries to finish early, uses many power kicks that TKD uses and has a better punch guard than most but still kicking his stronger point. Keeps distance, frustrates Muay Thai with mid to long range strikes. But can drain energy. Muay Thai has good low kicks, power knees and elbows, especially in clinch. Thai kick is very powerful too. Usually decent punches. Close range I give Muay Thai advantage, Long Range I give Taekwondo advantage. Ultimately, comes down to fighter. Both did great.
He sent that guy into a knockdown with a two punch combo. His hands are good but he has room for improvement when it comes to his defense against boxing and obviously boxing in general.

I came here after clicking onto a suggestion regarding this fight Serkan Yilmaz (whom I have not heard of till now). The video showed all these impressive kicks of his, and a number of themm that that he delivered on this other guy Takashi Ohno - which...which inferred that Serkan was the winner. So when I looked up Serkan to find out more about him. I saw and clicked on the fight he had here with Takashi. Long story short: I think that Takashi should have taken that decision. Sure Serkan, was impressive AT THE FIRST. But for me what counts the most is the BATTLE, not a few rounds - especially not the first rounds. Give that fight two or three more round and I don't know. But it seemed that Takashi figured out Serkan's rhythm and was starting to clean up on him. To me Takashi won the 2nd and 3rd round to be sure.

Oh, I thought this guy was really tough, meaning having an all around game. He basically only has kicks and not strong defense. When he gets kicked and isn’t first getting off he’s not nearly effective. He lacks a lot of boxing/striking defense, so he’d be vulnerable to infighting.
That is why he is so special, he became 4 time kickbox champion with only using Teakwondo. Also this is his worst fight i guess, he try to KO in first round and lose his all stamina.
