Yes...you can also create a major chord with just to notes...the 12th fret harmonics on strings 1 & 3 (as you said) will work for an F major chord. You may need someone to play a chord with you to hear it, or a bass player playing the root note F.

About major vs 6th chords: do you ever do harmonics on the 1st 3 strings, but put down your pinkie 3 frets up to get the major?

Impossible to me! I can't produce any sound with a string not touching the fret? May the reason be the strings or ukulele?

@@UkuleleZen Thanks a lot! I tried with a pick and it helped me find out that the strings should be hit more sharply.
is that use amplifier for the out sound???
Amplifying your instrument will definitely make the harmonics sound louder and clearer!
