      haha .. I'm a gymnast it's actually quite easy as you are used to it but we do have some muscle don't we ? I know this comment is not for me but I love to hear people's views on us gymnasts 💖🆑💖

    All these comments are making me so sick. I could call you names and all but i am not as immature than most of you. Telling a little girl what she should eat? What she should train? Annie is doing gymnastic for FUN, because she likes it, because she is with her friends. She does not want to be perfect and nobody is. She is doing a great, great job. Considering everything what is going on in her life. Being famous is not easy every time. Just imagine her reading your awful comments, how destructive you all are. She is a little girl, she lost her brother, she is busy all the time and still she is so young. How can you live with destroying the confidence of a little girl. Her smile is one of the most beautiful i've ever seen, she is a funny and caring person and just a wonderful person. Stop acting like she needs to be like someone else because that is not the case. Go up there and do a better job when you are able to, have the ''super perfect life'' like she has.... Stop the unnecessary comments and grow up.

    I don't get why people feel the need to comment rude things like "Annie has become sloppy on bars" or something like that, if you compare this bar routine to the other level nine bar routines she has done you can clearly see the improvement. Of course the skills aren't going to be perfect at first, you obviously need to work on them and get better at them and atleast from what i can tell Annie has. If you have nothing nice to say, then don't say anything. Great job Annie!

    I've noticed her kips have gotten really pretty! I feel like she used to always have slightly bent knees and toes in them but she's starting to get her legs really straight in them. And she's finally starting to get her release without scraping her feet on the floor!
    I think it's awesome that she competed despite having an injury.

    Reading these comments just make me sigh. It's so saddening to see that so many people are willing to hide behind the safety of their screen and repeatedly lower the self esteem of a beautiful 12 year old girl who is already at the age where most young teens begin to become self conscious of themselves. Annie is, and always has been, a wonderful, strong, and determined character. I'm not going to put out the pity card, but if you weren't aware, she lost her best and dearest friend. The one who would always have her back, the one who loved her more than anything else. She lost her brother guys... this is not something to just brush off your shoulders. However, she did it, she accepted and embraced Caleb's passing in such an honorable way. Annie has been doing gymnastics for fun, and who can blame her, it's such an amazing sport that leaves such a great impact in your life. It teaches logic, hard work, mental strength, dedication, and is extremely challenging physically. Most importantly, your teammates and coaches become your second family. These videos are for her, to look back on. I know it's hard, but try to flip the tables around. Imagine these comments on videos you put your heart into and seeing people criticize your life and your passions in such a hurtful way. Please watch your words and realize that this amazing girl is staring back at those negative messages you leave. Annie is not trying to be better than everyone, she is not trying to put others down, she's a beautiful girl trying to live her passion, go through school, and create a future for herself that she is pleased with. If that's so hard to accept then just keep it to yourself and move on. Annie, never let anyone get to you. You can do anything and everything you set your mind to do. Keep working hard and prove these people wrong. 💗

  • @victoriam5331

    She is improving very much but she is lacking strength. For example, on bars she struggled getting to a full hand stand. Had she had upper body strength, it would have been better. And her toes need to be pointed. On beam, she needs to work on getting her legs straight. She might not land it, but at least she'll have the form down. But on the bright side, she is trying her best and is improving. Good job, Annie!

    • @ellyottarielle1414
      @ellyottarielle1414 7 років тому +2

      Victoria Michaud do you even know how hard gymnastics is?! In my opinion, its better to not fall and have unlimited toes, which only gets 0.25 deduction, or have pointed toes and forget to unpoint them and end up with two broken feet.

    • @layahmcneil1220
      @layahmcneil1220 7 років тому +10

      Love, Brooksie mate everyone's entitled to there own opinion just because you don't agree doesn't mean you should verbal attach them!

    • @victoriam5331
      @victoriam5331 7 років тому +2

      Laylah McNeil thank you for defending me, Love, Brooksie I was just stating my opinions so there is no need to be butt-hurt. In fact, I *do* know how hard gymnastics is. I've done it myself as a kid. But after what you said I'm questioning if *you* know gymnastics yourself. I mean, with blended legs you could end up with "two broken feet" more than straight legs. Not to go off topic here, but have you seen Whitney Bjerken? She always has great form. One time, she did an aerial on beam and she did not land it- but her form was still amazing. So maybe instead of attacking me verbally, how 'bout you think that others' opinions matter just as yours, and maybe start your,sentence with, "I respect your opinion, but...." then continue.

    • @ellyottarielle1414

    Annie may have scratched but she still did amazing she made event finals and got offered a spot for beam that just shows how amazing she is and how far she has come sense she was little and considering she scored out of level 8 that just showed she had to work even harder to get to where she is right now. She may of had to scratch but she scratched beautifuly. Annie you are improving wonderfully and I hope some day you go to the Olympics and exceed your dreams you have made it this far there is no turning back now it all about the future

    • @tianajoiner7852
      @tianajoiner7852 7 років тому +15

      Only two level 9 gymnasts scored 9+ on bars during the actual meet (Mia was one of them). Annie was 4th on bars out of all level 9s with her 8.9. So it seemed bars was one of the lower-scoring events...

    • @giabarrone7422
      @giabarrone7422 7 років тому +8

      +Cate Craig Yes! Please help me understand how this works. When looking at all the scores, Annie is 6 out of 9 in her "group", but around 300th for all level 9s, and around 1500th for the whole comp......where does that top 10 come from? What am I missing?

    • @ellyottarielle1414

    @laurenvanschoor656 7 років тому

    Yes Annie! I'm so proud of you, she has improved so much on bars in the last 4 months or so, at least since her first competition, and she is working so hard to hit all of her handstands and do the moves properly. Now that she has gained some confidence all she needs to do is tidy her skills up a little and then she can nail the rest of her season and work towards level 10. That was the best bar routine I have ever seen her do! 9.1! Amazing Annie, keep it up! :-)

    No offense to Annie in any way, shape, or form, but I think she needs a lot more work of getting a higher handstand on bars, pointing her toes, and straighten her legs. She should try to stick to the veggies and fruits, also a lot of calcium to give her more strength. She is improving, but very slowly. Again, no offense to her, and I love her!!

    (BTW not a gymnast)
    Just a question, I've noticed that Annie has been doing this for years now but why does she never point her toes when she does the strattle on the higher bars in her bar routine. There normally flexed when she does it.
    (Not a gymnast so idk)

    • @chloelent_5632
      @chloelent_5632 7 років тому +8

      Baskaddy no they are meant to be pointed. That's why she's never gotten a 10. She needs to be taught skill by skill. Not " half skill kinda skill half skill skill half skill, level up". 😂

    Annie needs to focus more on her form. Her legs, her pointed toes, her bent knees, her flexibility. It's the little simple things that would allow her to get better scores. Taking a ballet class once or twice a week wont hurt. This way she can improve on the little things that she lacks.

    • @shaileenpino8234

    Annie's bars are great but she struggles with the handstand. It would be much smoother if she worked on her handstand on the bars and pointed her toes in the handstand. She is great at keeping her toes pointed but never does in the handstand. Her handstands for event finals were great though now she just has to stay consistent while doing them. Her transition has also improved. Great job, Annie!

      HeatherLogic DO YOU EVEN KNOW HOW HARD GYMNASTICS IS?! Would you rather have unpointed toes, which are 0.25 deduction, or break your feet because you didn't unpoint your toes? Also, a free hip to handstand is harder than a cast handstand.

      Love, Brooksie Do you just copy and paste this same comment? Most of the comments are observations based on knowledge of the sport. Pointing toes and bend knees are a sign she's not maintaining a hollow position which actually make swinging ub harder.

    Annie, amazing as always. Lol at the people who say ur not ready for level 9 when ur scoring 8&9's continuously, also lol at the people saying u need to work on form and whatever else and you make event finals. Lol at anyone saying u aren't good enough for anything or you don't eat the right stuff or whatever, because how irrelevant, she has 7 million on musically, almost 4 million on her family channel, over a million on her gymnastics channel so she's doing something right 😂 love you Annie!!

      Amanda Hahonou Rasmussen she can do a proper cast handstand... if you ever watched her you would know that.. the extra level 9 skills take a hell of a lot of energy out of you which is why you might see an absolutely perfect cast handstand and if you ever watched her videos you would now she trains her back, arm and shoulders a lot😒

      Listen,are you a fan of bratayley? if you are a fan you should support and leave nice comments to the people you watch and if you didn't know,she hurt her foot or ankle and I bet you can't even do bars at all. If your not a fan of Annie and leave comments like this one why are you even on her channel? If you have nothing nice to say don't say it,you don't know how much damage you are doing to her. Annie was very brave to do that while people there were watching her you don't know how much guts that takes and how much her foot hurt her. Ps I'm not trying to be horrible but it is very true.
