Black and Decker RC516 16-cup Rice Cooker and Steamer unboxing and best review. We bought it from BigLots with pretty good deal. We had coupon and another for Veterans discount. We cooked black rice combined with white on it. The rice was ready to eat by 27 minutes and it was so soft.
