Right?! When I read the manga, the first few pages I thought Noé would be stoic, but I was so freaking shocked when it was completely opposite and fell in love immediately when he got super excited to see everything! 😍
0:49 makes me surprisingly emotional. The music and the visuals reaching a crescendo simultaneously really pulls you into the wonder that Noé must feel; every time I see it, it elicits this longing to travel that I'm not even used to experiencing.

Mochizuki does not hold back on us at all because if we learned anything from Pandora Hearts, it’s that she’s not afraid of killing any of her characters and sending them into a pit of despair.

I’m glad to be following this show basically unspoiled. I love both Noe and Vanitas. Characters who are assholes but are having fun at the same time are great.

@carpiim SPOILERS (kinda) The manga isn’t done and assuming we’ll get the answer to your question near the end of the story, not even manga readers know if he’ll actually die or if there’ll be a plot twist and he’s just gone but not “dead”. His death is also a pretty important underlying mystery so it’ll probably be awhile till the truth as to why and how it happens is revealed in the manga.
