Love those colored beads too! How do you hide the knots? Is the cord small enough to be pulled in a bead? I made some with these Hobby Lobby beads, but added metal spacers to tuck the knot inside. Does the knot showing really matter? #BEADBUDDIES
I'm also wondering how to hide the knot when making bracelets. How do you do it @kellyprepsterstudio?
I use a think elastic so the knot can slide into the bead :) I love to cover the knot the best I can :) #BEADBUDDIES

I made bracelets for most people on my contacts list and mailed it to them along with a peppermint candy. The people on my contacts list are my family and friends. My preacher didn't get his candy and bracelet because he said that his mail is usually slow. Some of my aunts thanked me through text messages. My cousin also thanked me. He loved his peppermint candy and bracelet. I even made my little brother a bracelet. It's orange and light blue, two of his favorite colors. I come from a long line of creative people. My paternal grandfather, Pop-Pop, painted lots and lots of pictures in his free time. Even my maternal aunt has some of his paintings in her house. My cousin used to be in a band. She often sang in her free time, but the band broke up a long time ago. She can still sing, though. People still have her CD's and play them while driving in their cars. My cousins play music and draw pictures. My great-aunt Peggy was an amazing storyteller. When she was alive, she would always tell me stories about when she was a little girl. She died when I was 6 years old. She was 78 years old. Peggy would've been 98 years old now. Ever since elementary school, I was told that I have such a big imagination and that I was so creative. My youngest brother enjoys drawing pictures, inventing things, and cooking food. When he saw my duct tape crafts, he told me that they were so creative. Most people in my family are great artists. Daddy was never a great artist. Whenever he would draw a cartoon character, he would always draw bad pictures of them with fedora hats on. Daddy's still alive, but he just had a stroke almost 11 years ago. It left him disabled, paralyzed, and bedridden. I also made personal boxes for everyone in my family. I made them with duct tape.
What our boxes looked like:
A. Daddy: Box covered in tartan duct tape. (Resembles his Celtic heritage.)
B. Mommy: Box covered in leopard print duct tape. (Resembles that she was born in the rainforest of Laos.)
C. Me: Box covered in bright pink unicorn duct tape. (Resembles my love of cute things.)
D. Joseph: Box covered in camo duct tape. (Resembles him being in the Navy.)
E. Seth: Box covered in gummy bears duct tape. (Resembles his autism and love for candy.)
F. Zachariah: Box covered in blue duct tape. (Resembles his favorite color.)
G. Jedidiah: Box covered in tye dye duct tape. (Resembles his 1970's style hair.)
H. Isaiah: Box covered in gold duct tape. (Resembles his favorite color.)
I. Jeremiah: Box covered in galaxy duct tape. (Resembles his love for outer space.)
When I was in high school, I took ceramics class. My maternal aunt loved one of my ceramic pinch pots so much that it's now in her bedroom. She puts her used jewelry inside. I even made my little brothers their own ceramic containers. I made Jeremiah a green triangle container, which he now keeps a big rock inside. I also made him a red cube container with the numbers 1 through 4 on it. He keeps his coins in there. I made Daddy a purple heart container that says I Love You inside. I don't know what happened to it, but I just hope that it's not broken.
