This is a beautiful construction of a beautiful mechanism. It is always a pleasure to see your clever and wonderfully built machines. I also enjoyed the TV show...your workshop is fantastic. I wish I could understand the words better, but it is clear that you and your son enjoy the work very much. Bravo!
I was thinking you would be using a half gear along with a full gear, being the half gear powered and the full gear free so you could have it turning the opposite direction when the lift went down (Using its own weight). Did you understend this?!? What you did was completely different and inovative! Cant wait to see the final product!
I have never seen that particular alternating motion mechanism before. Very well done.
@upbeatanime A large wheel was made in the start, and the pinion gear was made according to the interval of the pin.
Very clever. Interestin use of the wire to prevent unwanted motion of the gear.
@rodrigoobill Reversing it by the weight of the wheel is imperfect.

you sir, are a genius inventor, i love all of your creations. i respect u.
Absolutely amazing. I look forward to seeing how you use this. Keep up the awesome work.
Finally something new in RBS world! I was beginning to think it all had been done! Just like the patent guy in 1890.
Fantastic!!! Wish i had your talent when i was taking my kinematics course.....
Very cool. I, too, look forward to seeing this in your next invention!
Totally amazing beautiful machine! Can't wait to see it in use on a marble track.
that is really clever, about to go look at the lift you made with it to figure out how this actually lifts the marbles.
Fascinating, can't wait to see how this fits in.

@threeque I think that Mr. mangle designed it in the old times.
you haven't posted a video in age, nice work!
@elmer1410 I think that Mr. mangle designed it in the old times.
I would have never even thought of that. Very cool.
Brilliant, but what would you use this mechanism for? I mean like in the workforce?
Nicely made piece of kit!
unbelievably amazing idea .... omg ....... speechless
Did You invent this mechanism by yourself or used an old idea?
Can't wait to see how you use this in a completed machine.....Doug....=)
you are a freaking genious o.o
where do you get all your ideas from?
do you get them yourself?
Wow, nice. Is this mechanism an original of yours?
i've seen the same principle or similar applied in semi-spherical drives. awsm
I don't know what this does, but it's awesome!
👏👏👏👏👍 parabéns mais um inscrito valeu muito 👍
It's so hypnotic to watch!
But will it blend?
que materiales necesitaría si yo quisiera hacer uno?
Holy mangle gear unit Batman!!
@PenDancer I have to agree!
exelente amigo me gusto
