My mom passed away from a terminal illness this past Dec. We had a strained relationship most of my life, at least until my Dad passed away and then she got sick. I share that bc some of my best memories with her were spent watching you 3 play and win 🏆 We watched every playoff game and championship together and she loved her some Steph, Klay and Dray 😏 Life has a way of throwing things at us when we least expect it and nothing joyful lasts forever. It was obvious Klay found NO joy on the court last season so as a fan I missed him long before now. He’s not been fully present in quite awhile. I wish him the best in Dallas. I know he’ll back to the Klay we’ve been missing - good for him/them and not so good for us Warriors 😂 I’ll always be grateful I got to witness sports history and I have you 3 to thank for that. God bless 🙏

I think a lot of people commenting on dis situation is a fan of the warriors and not the actual sport of basketball. I see people saying klay is more important than Dray. Not discrediting klay but yall have to understand Dray is the warriors floor general. Dray is da head of our defense. He’s the head of hustle for the team , da head of tenacity and physicality on both ends. They all 3 needed each other da same amount just in different ways. So cut it out with who’s more important.

As a Warrior fan, of course this hurts, but it hurt me more to hear the mental struggles Klay has been experiencing the last few yrs. You can see that he wasn’t as carefree in the court as he had been in earlier years. Klay hinted at his departure during the podcast when he was asked about free agency, saying he had to prioritize his mental health. F entertainment, a persons well being is way more important. I love that Steph & Dray put Klay’s happiness over everything else; that’s love & respect. Sad that we live in a society where things like that are taken a back seat just for instant gratification.

Everything comes to an end. I hope history never forgets how uncompetitive the NBA was during the Dubs run. I mean they were taking out 60+ win teams like it was clockwork. OKC was supposed to have 1, Spurs could’ve got another, the Rockets were the best team to never make it to the finals… but no titles for them under the Warriors dynasty. Bron supposed to have more than 4 rings right now, but he doesn’t.
Steph, Klay, and Dray all terrorized the entire league for a decade. What a run.

What's best for the Warriors as a basketball team would be to trade Steph and Dray and go full rebuild and fire Dunleavy. This team isn't close to competing for a title and nobody is getting younger. Maybe if they got Paul George and kept Klay we would be a title contender but this is a really mediocre to slightly above average team rn and there's nobody left that pushes this team to a title contender. Hield, Melton, and Kyle Anderson. Good pick ups. There are three keys for next year - Andrew Wiggins, Jonathan Kuminga, & Moses Moody. I think Jackson-Davis & Podziemski are going to be as solid as last season, if not slightly better, though if you look at the depth of the team, their minutes could either go up or down. Depends on the three i mentioned, and Looney, for Jackson-Davis. They don't need anyone else if those guys play well.

@@chea7z913 Hield was the fastest player ever to 500 3's. Melton is an athletic defensive guard, pretty decent 3 point shooter, good passer, and good rebounder.
Klay was not in his prime for that last title. He was wildly inconsistent shooting and scoring in those playoffs, and his defense was mediocre. Wiggins played pretty well offensively, great defensively, and stepped up on the glass. Kuminga had his key games and stretches. But they won that title with Draymond and Klay both having so so playoff runs. Whatever happened with Wiggins season before last in his personal life clearly affected him last season. Wiggins' bounce back, and the steps Kuminga and Moody make (and are given opportunity to make) are key. They still have enough. They could use a rim protector and lob threat bigger than Jackson-Davis, but he may be just athletic enough and play above his height enough to fill that role well enough. They were both there to have a good time and enjoy the performances. Plus Klay was giving Dray the space to process what he had dropped on him the day before

Logic Flaws in Draymond Green's Speech
    1. Lack of Clear Causality
    - Draymond mentions multiple factors that could have influenced Klay Thompson's decision to leave but does not provide a clear causal link. He states, "there's no true way to know" and "you just kind of take all those things into account," which indicates uncertainty and a lack of definitive reasoning.
    2. Contradictory Statements
    - Draymond expresses conflicting views about the role of the contract in Klay's decision. He says, "I personally don't think it was that," but also acknowledges that it could have played a part, showing inconsistency in his argument.
    3. Emotional Reasoning
    - Draymond's reasoning is heavily based on emotions rather than facts. He talks about the joy and sadness basketball brings to Klay, which, while important, does not provide a logical basis for Klay's decision to leave.
    4. Overgeneralization
    - Draymond makes broad statements about the organization and its appreciation for Klay without specific evidence. He says, "I know this organization would have had Klay back as long as he wanted to be," which is an overgeneralization without concrete proof.
    5. Lack of Focus
    - The speech is scattered and lacks a clear focus. Draymond himself admits, "I don't really even know where I was going with that point because my thoughts are all [ __ ] up," indicating a lack of coherent structure in his argument.
    6. Anecdotal Evidence
    - Draymond relies on personal anecdotes and experiences, such as dinners and interactions with Klay, which do not provide a solid foundation for understanding the broader context of Klay's decision.
    7. Incomplete Thoughts
    - Draymond frequently leaves thoughts incomplete, saying, "someday I'll have more thoughts on this," which suggests that his current analysis is not fully developed or thought through.
