Its that feeling when you know that you’re not alone in your pain. That (even if you dont personally know the other person/ppl) you know dont have to go it alone. I dont know if that is even anywhere close to what Andy meant but, its the feeling I get from it! With me personally, dealing with/going thru mental/emotional health problems is a very lonely, dark place to be in.
