Hello! I have Razer Blade 17’ 2022. Sometimes after sleep mode the “Wave” effect which is selected in Razer Synapse is not showing on the keyboard. The RGB lightning turns off and lights for several second only if I press a random key - but in spectrum cycling effect, even if “Wave” is selected in Razer Synapse. Also fn+f10/f11 (brightness of the keyboard) doesn’t work. Restarting the app doesn’t help. It fixes only if I restart the laptop. I have installed the latest version of Synapse. What is the reason for this problem? Thank you!
I have a Razer Chroma Mouse mat, keyboard, headphones and mouse. Recently got as new PC and now have a Razer case, Razer AIO Liquid cooler, and Razer system fans - all working great. I have integrated MSI mystic light into Synapse for the RGB PSU I cant even see (lol) and that integration works well, except for the RAM was a bit hit and miss. I have now installed the GSkill software, integrated to Synapse and now working well. I just need to find something that will allow me to integrate my Gigabyte card's RGB and RGBFusion wont integrate with synape. It's lovely when it all works together, weather its from wallpaper engine, general ambiance or specific games that are integrated with Chroma such as Doom, or Crysis.

razer blackwidows have driver problems mine only lets me use the upward arrow key
i have viper mini mouse and msi gk50 mystic light keyboard. But even if I open the setting from msi center, razer synapse does not see msi center. I've been searching for 3 days, what's missing?
on a razer viper ultimate mouse I pair with a new dongle, the pairing is successful, I turn on the wireless mode and the mouse works, as soon as I press any button on the mouse it immediately stops working and turning it off and on does not help
the serial number has been lost and support cannot help
I have logitech peripherals (a mouse and a keyboard), and a razer chroma controller which I use to control my RGB fans and LED strips. Is there ANY POSSIBLE WAY to synchronize these together, or we the consumers are in fact victims of razer/logitech rivalry ?

I have a major problem with Wallpaper Engine with my wireless mouse when I charge it the led gets off sync with my keyboard and mousepad.
i've followed the steps on the guide but i can't get wallpaper engine to connect with razor synapse do you have any other tips to fix this? It was working originally when I first installed it but today wallpaper engine and every other game/app is had connected has disconnected and I don't know what else to do to fix it.

I've been trying to add an effect that I got FROM THAT SAME PAGE but when I see it in /connect/apps I can't find the game or the effect
I tried adding a profile but it didn't work.
I didn't know my pc could watch 4k videos till i saw this.
I do just as you guide, but when I play genshin, my keyboard still doesn’t show any effect

Same, it was fine until the 2.7 update.
My device shows under the devices tab under "connect". It shows that it's connected but the lights are just off. None of the settings actually work. Extremely frustrating as there's no indication of why it's not working. Seems like nobody actually has this working and Razer doesn't seem to have a fix. Disappointing.

bro i've done all of that with a blackwidow v3 and it still doesn't work.
For me, only some games connect straight away. Like Diable 3, Sims, I didn't do anything and the connect works. However, Valorant and League of Legends don't work

Somewhere in a distant past this App actually worked. Since forever now this has been nothing more than a headache. Wished i could switch all my Razer products for whatever else. HORRIBLE software HORRIBLE service from support.

You will need to bind one of the standard buttons to enable the Razer Hypershift.

Same problem. Razer synapse can see pirate games, but steam or epic games are just cant show up there. I think the reason of this problem is in files

@@xcybercritterx It wont be fixed until Razer updates the software. Chroma connect was causing Genshin to crash.
@@99plus14 Yeah I read Genshin disabled it themselves as part of the update cause of game crashes. Hope it gets fixed soon!

What an absolute disappointment this company is. I bought: Lian Li 011 Razer edition, Nari Ultimate, Nomo Pro, Viper, Viper doc, Gargantuan Pad, Black Widow II Keyboard. Even when Synapse/Connect does what it’s supposed to, the Nommo Pro ($500+ speaker set-up) RGB isn’t on the same page as everything else. In my non razer Lian Li 011, the SL120 Fans aren’t recognized despite them being losted as a supported vendor. Out of 3 supported Chroma games I have tried, 1/3 works (Mechwarrior 5). So far, Endless Space 2 and Injustice 2 do not work. There’s no way to add programs that are “officially” supported. I put very limited time with the Nari Ultimate headset. The way the headset band is built is via cheap plastic. Mine broke with minimal use. If I could get my money back for all of the aforementioned, I would absolutely do so. Razer is a very garbage company.

the worst, jsut the manual being read to me, no actual help with this horribly desinged app, not user friendly at all, and nothing works like in the videos being seen
