I had to hop on to UA-cam so I could leave a comment. Love your podcast so much and anytime you talk about negativity in the comments, it breaks my heart. Idk how anyone could hop in someone's comment section to leave negativity and nastiness. If you don't like someone why are you listening? Schena, you also helped me a lot with my intrusive thoughts. I am currently on Zoloft & thinking about getting off of it as it can affect your thyroid. Not in all cases but in some.

What are you talking about?? A lot of people support Rachel because she is clearly being bullied by all the mean girls from VR and the social media trolls. You need to get out of your echo chamber and notice a lot of people don't like Ariana.

Scheana have you looked into taking magnesium (+ zinc)?
I’ve struggled with anxiety my whole life and went through a lot of difficult changes in my life that had me depressed with tons of anxiety, was recommended antidepressants by my therapist but wanted to find an alternative first and I started taking liquid magnesium with liquid zinc (I put it in juice) and I’ve found it soothes my anxiety and my nervous system without making me feel any other side effect
Of course talk to your dr but I just thought it would be something you could look into❤

Congrats on your show. I love emo Good as Gold. It’s so good. During the Bethenny interview, Rachel said she has a permanent scar from you….I think everyone who has gotten a scar would question the validity of that statement.
The timing of the podcast was her hoping VRP would do an interview before season 11 was wrapped. Bethany jumps on anything that is viral. I'm sure Rachel reached out about the lawsuit Bethany started then Bethany suggested she do the podcast.

I haven’t watched and won’t watch Rachel’s podcast with BF she is delulu. You guys have said what I’ve been saying about the early cheating young 20s and in fairness the reason I see she’s getting a harder time is because those first few years viewer weren’t as invested in the couples we didn’t really know how long people had been together and like you both said no houses etc no long term commitments were made but we watched 9 years of T&A we were invested! They were invested quiet literally with a home! Her down play of her relationships with you all just leaves a bad bad taste in my mouth anyone watching last season could see how much you and Ariana supported and went to bat for her it’s shameful how she’s speaking about your friendships. Glad you can close the door and move on some people just need to be left behind! ❤

Raquel did herself NO favours with that Bethany interview. She came across as poor me. Her minimising her friendship with Schaena and Arianna, denies them their right to their feelings. It felt like she didn't learn ANYTHING in therapy. I ran a counselling service and a big part of people taking accountability is them actually owning what they do with NO buts or blaming others or minimising of their own behaviour. All of which Raquel did in the interview. Bethany did not help the situation at all, pointing out all of the ways Raquel was victimised, which fed into her own narrative of the reality reckoning. It was a mess.
Funny how no one hold is holding Tom's feet to the fire.

I have always loved Scheana, and felt so bad for her when Brandy came after her for being the other woman, and she knows everyone cheated on VPR, so why go so hard against rachel when she was clearly used by Tom
