Hi Sir, How did you pair the scanner with your system ? I have connected the USB cable to my MAC machine but when I am trying to scan nothing gets scanned. It seems to be pairing issue with the System

Please try to set it at default and reconnect. It should pair from there!

Did you try to change the adapter/cradle and charging ports, if still it remains then you need to check with the battery as that might not be effective anymore. We've good offer for you on LI4278 scanner, where you can buy new at almost lower than 50%.
Does scan data will stored into Excel file
Yes you can store it wherever you want. You'll get the CSV file through which you can generate the Excel.
