Excellent railyard action! I like the Santa Fe / BNSF locomotive consist with the BNSF SD40-2 B #301 in the center. The classic red-and-silver Santa Fe and BNSF units with their cabs could use restoration though. Great footage!
Amazing that up until 1-2 years ago Galesburg was full of SD40-2s used both on the hump yard and in the cargo yard for all trim jobs, while now they have been replaced by a battalion of Dash-9s many of which are Warbonnets; as an EMD fan, it's a bit sad... Great job.
Wow. It is shocking how thoroughly the former Santa Fe Dash-9s seem to have replaced SD40-2s for all the trim jobs, including the two ends of the hump set! It makes me wonder where all the 40-2s have gone?
Great video of locomotives moving and departing from the hump yards. Love ❤those bnsf locomotives. Thanks Jeff.
Thank you Gilbert, thanks for watching.

I hear you, I’m disappointed that they have pretty much disappeared. I am a EMD guy, thanks for watching Thomas.
BNSF has successfully engineered locomotives
I wish the SD40s were still there, thanks for watching.
