How to make proper, sticky, jammy chilli jam

Join me as I harvest my chilli crop from my IBC wicking bed veggie garden and then process and cook up proper, sticky chilli jam out of the fresh chillies. It was surprising hard to find a proper jammy chilli jam recipe, so I decided to make my own! And it is perfect, really sticky, really jammy. This is filmed on Kangaroo Island with Twiggy the Koolie collie dog.

Oh excellent guess! I put the chilli in pretty much everything from stir fries to eggs to coleslaw. My chilli crop this year was not big enough to make jam as I was too much on the road and neglected the veggie patch. Thanks for watching!
