@@delinquenter I firmly believe that 4 and Blue have the same potential. They're simply two different paths toward the same goal. Blue has the luxury of God ki making it gain strength faster, but I see no reason why 4 can't catch up. Heck, from what little we see of 4 in its respective show, it might improve at the same rate.

Ssj4 Full Power is beyond the user's limit. So if Super Goku had Blue and SSj4 they should be equal. For Vegeta, it would Blue Evolution and SSj4 that's equal
