My artist water colour cakes have sustained me for years with excellent results..... The only problem with cakes is that the white pigment is not deep enough to be used upon darker colours but white pigment from the tubes can be used to draw over even darker shades like black, deep blue, brown, etc..... Also the black is more pigmented in the artist water colour tubes.....

I use white acrylic Ik its not good to mix but I only use it for the eye highlights and small details

I personally observed that repetitive dilution in cakes leads to loss of richness of the colour
Mai bachpan mein cakes ko pura nikalkar crayons jaise use krta thha😂😂😂😂😂kyuki mujhe bilkul bhi water color use krna nhi aata thha
