For this video we randomized all the wild pokemon in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet so there is no telling what we will see out in the wild! We can only catch Legendary Pokemon and we will take turns catching the first one we see!

@@Lillythepanda123 a legend is also “a traditional story sometimes popularly regarded as historical but unauthenticated” which is more then likely the context that the game uses. It’s not showcasing a legendary Pokémon, it’s telling a historical Pokémon story. Arceus is still mythical

Ting-Lu is one of the Treasures of Ruin Pokémon. The other 3 are Chien-Pao, Wo-Chien, and Chi-Yu.

Here's an idea for you both:
Roll a D6
Whatever the number you must random encounter a Pokémon with something pertaining to that number (E.G. roll a 3 and random encounter a Tauros which you catch because it has 3 tails).
Random encounter
Random Pokémon
Random abilities
Fully evolved
3 skips
Roll 6 sided die to determine feature of Pokémon to capture

Wicked Torque is an enemy-only move. Each of the Team Star bosses have their own "Torque" move on their customised Starmobile Revavroom.
The fire-type one has Blazing Torque which has a 30% chance to burn. Dark-type Wicked Torque, which has a chance 10% for sleep. Fairy-type Magical Torque for chance 30% of confusion. Fighting-type Combat Torque for 30% chance of paralysis. And poison-type Noxious Torque which has 30% chance of poison. They all have 30% chances, except for Wicked Torque, which has a 10% chance since sleep is stronger. Each of the Revavroom Starmobile also have unique types and abilities because I guess people can do that with paint, these days?
