Not gonna lie, this one kicked my ass a bit, lol. Started off easy but got harder. Unsurprisingly for me, I guessed the songs from the 80s - 00s most, and didn't know half of the ones from the 10s.
In fairness, Noel Gallagher admitted he did that on purpose from the get go 😂 he’s actually one of the few to admit his, let’s call them, influences on his songs 😂
I'm the same age now and got 9 out of 10 in the 70s,80s and 90 and to my surprise 9 of the 00s ones and 7 of the 10s decade for a toal score of 43! I finally kind of tuned out towards the end of that decade so I'd be pretty bad with the last five years+.
@@5SecondQuiz Most (I'd say 70%) are focused on a very narrow genre of music, and the artists are about as obscure as it gets. Now maybe to some people they're well known and popular, but I think a quiz of this nature should focus mostly on more well known acts, especially since we only have 5 seconds of the intros to listen and 5 seconds to identify them. Overall, it just wasn't fun.
@@madhatter2012 - Meanwhile, every other music quiz of this sort has the same 5 second intro of the same (very) popular songs by very popular bands and artists that everybody knows, usually rendering the video boring.
This is great. Deffo.doing this at Xmas
I knew most of the songs, but, I had a bad, bad, score. brings back memories, for sure!!
Remembering the titles is the hardest part isn’t it 🎵
@@5SecondQuiz That happened to me with the Tom Walker one (#48). I was like "I know this!" but couldn't remember the name of the singer and song.

I tried to go for a few not so obvious ones! Well done
I thought “don’t look back in anger” was “imagine” at first...guess they really do sound alike lol
