Thank you so much for these swatches and comparisons! Very helpful as I also hate having dupes in my collection. I placed my order and I’m super excited! ❤
Right? It's something that I was used to with some indie brands in 2019, not in 2023! I've heard them say they'll get better, but we shall see if that's true.
@@The-Niece I can safely say that I've had items ship from the other side of the world at faster speeds. Imo nothing really justifies those times, most pigments would ship in 2-3 weeks, so you could expect another 3-4 weeks to press the pigments and ship the orders, by my own experience with pressing eyeshadows . In fact it takes about an afternoon to press 20 shadows, give or take. So unless she has thousands upon thousands of orders to prepare, I really don't think it will take that long. I personally lose all interest after the 2 month mark.
Such stunning swatches. I picked up a few of these, trying to get a feel for all the different collections of the brands. I’m curious how I’ll find them.
I feel the same about this brand, love their products, but I wish they'd get help to better the customer's experience. I think Adept has a very smooth formula but I started buying from them after they quit using the squeeshy shades
One thing I don't understand is why she is still just doing it on her own. It's not like she can't afford to get help. She also needs better pictures on her listing. She should just get someone to do paid swatches bc some of her swatches looks terrible. I love her shadows , I think she has more to choose from than alot of brands but there is barely any descriptions on her listing which makes it hard to order since the pictures aren't good either.
100% agree, love her products, but she could use help to make the costuser's experience better, just a few more people could help her making product, shipping faster, doing swatch work, writing better descriptions and doing social media management. I don't know why she doesn't ask for help, but it's clear her brand could be one of the big ones if she did
I absolutely love her eyeshadows so much but it's super annoying that she keeps saying she'll get help and she never does. I just noticed her wait time is still 5 to 7 weeks. I mean sure it's better than 3 months but it's still almost 2. There's NO excuse to have wait times that long after 8 years of business. Period. No other indie brand I buy from has that issue because they have gotten the help they need to get orders made in a shorter time frame. I also think it's unfair to charge the prices she does when alot of them dupe eachother. I thought I was going to try her newest color me multi part 3 but they look way too overly flakey for my liking.
In the end they're shooting themselves on the foot if they don't improve cause nobody likes waiting so long. The sale and my curiosity got the best of me and I did order some shades from that collection cause I do like them, but I'll see if I keep buying from them or not depending how the new ones are

Yay! Glad to help and I hope you like what you got
Yes waiting 3-4 months for eyeshadows to ship makes total sense.

Thank you so much for these swatches and descriptions! They're so helpful. 💜🌻
Yay, I'm glad these can help 😊
These are absolutely INSANE 😮. I need this pallet.
the sparkle of your footage is so pretty!
Thank you! Sometimes I'm amazed at how much some shades sparkle
Thanks for such a great, helpful video!
I'm glad it was helpful!
Love the comparisons! I watched your iridescent shadow video with the extra black base swatch. Would a black base changes these too?
Yes it would! For example, I'm pretty sure that undeniably pink and shine me a kaleidoscope would be a shiftier version of clionadh's lux.
Hi 👋 ❤ just found your videos - been really enjoying 😊 this video was very helpful to me , can really have a good idea what to pick now 🎉
Thank you, I'm glad to hear this helped 😄

Oh, that's pretty cool!! I hope you like what you got. I also made an order for the sale cause I was curious about some shades
lol my lizard brain also is attracted to certain things although they arent the more practical choice
Stupid brain making us want shiny things! 🤣
Love her shadows but I hate the process! I have 6 shadows from her. Adept makes similar shadows, texture wise.

what is the website
It's an etsy shop, just google "touch of glam etsy"

Are these holo at all? They look holo in some of this footage
Nope, some of these have very reflective sparkles but holos have way more colors than these
