Super frustrating surfing in the L.A. area. Anytime you have a good swell, you can expect at least 100 'surfers' in the water with zero surf etiquette coming from most of the younger surfers. Older surfers, they get it. But the younger ones have poor attitudes and don't give a fuk. Pisses me off.
So when you surf here, everyone is in your way and drops in on you? Or is that only on weekends. Say, I show up at 5am on a Wednesday, not as much traffic? (not that I'm down that way, but...)
When that place is good it is SOOOO good. And pretty mellow, although I'm really surprised we didn't see someone get punched for snaking waves as bad as they were. I dropped in on a guy ONCE in my life at Malibu and promptly had my leash ripped out from under me.
