This is all nice and good but I'm more interested in having multiple channel inputs and outputs into the player. I would have expected that to be mentioned in 01 or 02.

The Synchron Player is mono-timbral, meaning it will only handle one channel / not separate between different MIDI-channels. But you can create a multi-timbral setup by either using the free Vienna Ensemble or the paid Vienna Ensemble Pro.
Regarding outputs: You can assign each mic/bus in the player to one of the available outputs (no. 11 in the screenshot: www.vsl.info/manuals/synchron-player/mix-tab)

Hi Henry, that's an old controller by www.faderfox.de... I'm afraid they stopped the production of this specific module. Paul

What is the MIDI controller being used here? I have looked for this style of controller everywhere and cannot find anything like it. Any information would be great. Thanks.

Hi, That's a FaderFox Controller, I'm afraid they don't produce this model anymore. www.faderfox.de. Best, Paul/VSL

No mix bus channel in synchron player?

That's managed in Vienna Ensemble. It's a VST that lets you add several instances of Synchron Player. Vienna Ensemble Pro even let's you add any VST from competitors, and you can mix them all together.

Hi, Paul! What's the difference between your and my library? I bought VIENNA ENSEMBLE PRO 7 with EPIC ORCHESTRA 2.0 Library, but my library looks poor. Look at the screenshot:

Everytime you show any preset, you've got many of articulations and other features. I can't see them in my library. What is my problem?

the epic orchestra 2.0 is a small and limted library and comes free with vienna ensemble pro 7. what he's using in this video is synchron strings I which has much more articulations. there's also new software called synchron strings pro which has new recordings and articulations and although expensive. sounds incredible.
