Does it work from above the phone cover? or do i have to remove the phone cover everytime to use it?
Yes it works with the back cover too...but if you are using a very thick back cover then there might be some disconnection issue

How worst post sales service bro ? I purchased Urbn Nano 10k mAh power bank 2 days ago, not fully impressed only impressing is Nano size.
Should I go with Belkin or Urbn Nano is good ?
@@Chirag_Rajput honestly bro i have used it for 20 days then ask for a replacement then after receiving it i have been using it for 2 days it still has same issue … it will show 3 lights then the moment it goes to 2 boom no more charging for u … and if i talk about their customer care service i must say its the worst . Their call just connects once in a lifetime so i terms of service worst … in terms of product even more worst .
And i havent used belkin product so so idea bro
@@abhishekkajal5758 I purchased Urbn Nano 10k mAh power bank 1 month ago from Amazon.. Used it for 3 days & I was impressed with PD charging speed & size.
But from 4th day Led light started blinking anonymously. I returned it. Later 4 days ago I again purchased that same product thinking this time it will be okay but received used product from Amazon and power bank was having same issues yesterday.
Today I returned that and purchased Belkin 10k mAh power boost power bank & battery backup, build quality all is good. Belkin is 200 Rs costly than Urbn Nano but it’s fully worth for money.
As I am gadgets lover , I keep purchasing Power Banks. I have Mi Pocket PB , Mi 20k mAh , Mi 3i , Mi wireless PB, Mi 30k mAh, One plus PB , Ambrane 5k mAh & Belkin 10k mAh power banks.
So far Mi pocket PB is very good followed by Belkin Power bank. Belkin is charging my iPhone 11 two times full & sone juice left for charging smartwatch/ Tws .
