Sorry to hear about the curb rash. I've taken to parking far away from anything because that scares me. I also have my winter tires on a set of cheap basic wheels. With auto salon just around the corner maybe you will see some cool wheels that will really speak to you. The Mugen wheels are pretty cool I think. Also you are a great Dad! Doing such fun activities sticks with kids forever. I still vividly remember going on adventures with my Dad in his Mitsubishi Eclipse GS-T.

I am planning to get a FL5 in 2025 or 2026. Do the back passengers complain about the lack of air con vents? I have 2 kids and am worried that they might get too hot in the back seats during summer.
We’ve taken many family trips in the peak of summer, but my kids have never complained. The FL5’s air conditioning works even better than the Corolla Hybrid I previously owned for two years, so I don’t think you need to worry. Hope you find the perfect FL5 for you!
Since the damage on my wheels was minor, I used Holts Matte Black touch-up paint (A-9) for the repair. In Japan, you can find it at most auto parts stores. This isn’t specifically made for wheels, so I wouldn’t highly recommend it, but I had used it before on my GR Yaris wheels without any issues, so I decided to use it again this time.

@@xeno1017 Thanks! The color is a bit lighter, but it was within my acceptable range. When looking at it while standing, it’s hardly noticeable. San Francisco Bay Area is amazing! I visited once as a tourist, and I feel like the FL5 suits the cityscape even better than in Japan. Hope you and your family create great memories with your FL5!

ようやく私の注文したシビックもまもなく納車でしたがまさかの黒内装RBP案内に数日考え契約更改してある為もう少し待ちくたびれそうです。
息子達はこぞって『なんで赤のままにしておかねーんだ！』😭と。娘や妻は『お父さんの好きな方にすれば？』とらややドライ。
息子たちにすると自分たちが免許をとった時に家にある車がFL5ってのは悪くないように思うんですよね。
同じように『大好き』になるような工夫を日々凝らしてます。笑
自分の好きな車に乗ればいいとも思うけど、その未来にこんなに楽しい車の選択権は無いでしょうからね。選択肢を1つ多く増やしてあげられるのは親の特権です。お互い子供たち、家族の為にもこの車と最高にハッピーな時間を紡いでいきましょう！
