It is Clearly said that it is because of CMS Blessings, that new chairperson of sankalim municipality was elected. This shows ministers n MLAS have hold on municipalities n panchayats. Is this Right?if it is wrong then why it is allowed?if MLAS n ministers have hold over them then Why do we need panchayats n municipalities?so the chairpersons n others are just RUBBER STAMPS of the MLAS n ministers. Name sake chairpersons chairman. It us really disgusting.
