Almost all the food vloggers in India use their hands while eating so nothing special about that and it actually makes no difference in eating with a spoon or by your hands in India. Suppose he volgs from abroad and say he uses his hands while eating than you can say that. No hate on you or on Kent just sharing my thoughts.

Wud definitely try if I happen in kohima. Only felt sad about the leftovers. And Though 'Anishi' has become a common word... the actual word/spelling is NÜOSHI. NÜ means Yam. O is shortened form of TOU meaning leaf, and SHI is shortened form of TASHI meaning fermented.
