Because some of them can rarely be cancerous, like a “lipoma” I removed last year. Thankfully, I send everything for pathology, and was able to diagnose this rare tumor. Sometimes it’s best to leave “doctoring” to actual doctors. ;)
The other song was nice and relaxing.....the clapping in this song is annoying. Great Video, guy or Dr with black gloves is impressively strong in fingers.

Great question! I generally use a punch for cysts smaller than 1 cm in diameter.
