@@McPyore build a floodgates board or apollosa + 2 destruction. This archetype can play lava golem without problem.
@@McPyoreEither going first seting up floodgate board with Dyna and Secret Village or going second OTK with the built in board breakers.

When I look at people try to play this deck I feel bad cause there’s so much combo potential people don’t know about
Legitimately though. It can normal summon literally everything in the game, could run everything between Draco slayer and zefra, and can even summon auroradon consistently

He misplayed a lot, please don’t use this as a repeat lol. Look up Anderson, he was the player in Dkayed’s tourney who did amazingly with Vaylantz and that’s how I learned

I cannot respect this version of the deck because it runs Fossil dyna and Secret village, both searchable.
Is it the same deck that won your tournament? I remember that player being a chad breaking boards with lava golem and then playing his turn, but I can't mind if they abused floodgates, which I think they didn't.
Anderson play pure Vaylantz with no floodgates. His usual end board is Apollo, Artos and Saion I think. In his deck he specifically said that his deck is created to go second but most of the time in the tourny it is better to go first.

Im trying to play Vaylantz right now but I swear every version of this deck is either Fossil Dyna Secret Village floodgate or all in going second with Lave golem and Kaijus. I just wanna play a version that doesn’t play bullshit floodgates but can still put up a good board with interactions.

Its decks like this is why i think the timer should be shortened

As a pend player this deck is by far the most cringe i've ever see pendulum be , it's an embarrassment to pendulum . Pure valyantz is cool tho.

as a vaylatz player i prefer to have avramax + dyna + arktos,
rather than dyna + apollousa + akrtos at the end board
It's interessting that really good players like Dkayed and SeeReax seems to have trouble with the pendelum scales and how they work, but i think they will improve in future; u get there. from a odd-eyes/ddd player. =)
Need draco to special and add village then IP and Selene into a.max to protect dina.

From popping the wrong field spell (which Is why he got evenlyed) and voltages effect.
Instead summon apollosa why not summon avramax instead. He is wayyyyy better
