At first I thought I should ignore this podcast coz its more than an hour and I havent heard of Mr. Motiwala before but believe me guys you need to watch full episode. Hats off to Junaid for bringing forward such gems 👍

Education is useless without sense. This person is not highly educated but he does make sense alot. The approach needs to change rather we beat the same system for incompetence. Secondly, nowadays access to information is so easy even this man who is not graduated from any top tier university but he knows more than a professional who is working in a large corporate after graduating from a top tier university.

I also listened first time Mr. Motivalla. He is a very good speaker. He speak common person language and he very simply expressed his views which can be easily understood by common Pakistani or masses of Pakistan. I watched his complete over one hour video. Mr. Motivalla stated true facts.
I left Pakistan 36 years ago for studies in the US with only intention to return Pakistan and contribute.Unfortunately, everytime, I went back, I found life difficult and difficult for common person. I observed and studied Pakistan over over 27 years. All Pakistan's problems (economical or social) can be solved by getting rid of obsolete Police and obsolete and dis-functional court systems. They are wasting money and they do not serve their intended purpose.
Overseas Pakistanis are very tended. We can change Pakistan provided Pakistan has functional Police and functional justice systems. Only overseas educated Pakistanis with overseas experience can change Pakistan. When I came to the US in 1984, China was sending large number of their students to study in US colleges and Universities. These chineses students went back after obtaining US education and learning the system. Pakistan does not need to send any students to US or Europe, we already have very talented Pakistani origin and experienced personnel who can build Pakistan's core Govt Departments.
I wish Pakistan Govt specially Imran Khan listen to Mr. Motivalla and overseas Pakistanis. Imran Khan would not be able to do any change with current obsolete systems and fake democracy. I lived and worked in rural sindh. Moases of Sindh people has no
"Vote Shoore". Therefore, the so called democracy system would not work for Pakistan. Mr. Juniad keep up good job.

Why I think this man is talking about whole south Asian nations.
Cuz whether anyone likes it or not we are all the same race, similar culture, habbits and ideologies. E.g Europeans know they have something like that they created EU.
@Indian man technically you are telling me to follow the history of the people who conquered Subcontinent before Arabs, which were the Aryans. Because historically only 2 races have successfully conquered subcontinent and settled. 1st were Aryans and 2nd were Arabs/Turks/mongols. When I said we have similarities I was replying to an observation. I do accept that I wasn't fully clear but I really meant similarities in our political struggles, class struggles, economic (poverty), state/institutional struggles, where both India and Pakistan have gone into a National security states even tho they should be welfare states. I have interest in hindu mythology as much as greek mythology, sure they both had their influence on the region. After all europe was named after greek goddess europa but that doesn't mean every european believe in greek mythology and worship greek gods. Now their religion is different from the religion of their ancestors. On that note I am very proud of scientific, philosophical, and other academic achievements that came out of subcontinent.
However living in the 21st century, i consider myself to be a citizen of the world. We live in a world where we can communicate with everyone in the world and help eachother in every way possible. Historically if you see people have always aligned themselves to a trible they can communicate to. Today world is the tribe and we the memebers of it. We live in an interdependent worlds which could not be perceived before.
