Hi Zlata! I play classical piano and I just started on the violin. Your online videos are a tremendous help to me as an absolute beginner. My husband plays 12- string guitar by ear and your videos are helping him to read notes for the first time. I plan on using your free lessons as long as you are offering them because I enjoy your teaching style and you play so beautifully. We are making an animated movie called The Adventures of Lieutenant Leeta, which is a sci-fi musical comedy that also deals with real-world problems. We wrote all of the music in the movie as well. You can hear one of the songs, "Umomma" in part one of the movie on UA-cam, with many more songs in part two to part five. If you can, try to catch it on UA-cam. Thank you so much for this fortunate opportunity to work with you on our lessons. Sincerely, Laura and Mike Tampanello from Delaware, USA
Haha, that's great! It was probably Louise or Victor as Tristan was in my womb at the time (that's why I was so slim, had awful morning sickness... or all-day sickness actually, could only drink milkshakes)
@@violinlounge zlata I may have asked you somewhere else but while it's on my mind can you tell me the difference.. when you notate "C major" instead of just "C" on YOUR written music What is the difference?
@@violinlounge okay so that means I'm playing in a different scale starting with that notation. Which I guess that means this is the reason I should start focusing on learning my scales. Is this correct?
harry farmer here to zlata - ive found it easy to lesson 12 where ive had my mind blown with your scales - they are terrific,so ive ordered the scale book and shall let you know in a month or two how its going. oh i am 79 yeaers old and a drop out of music college[piano] 57 years ago.maybe this is an advantage that i can still read music but i do not think that way.
Hi Zlata. Violin newbie from Denmark, I tried this video last night and from now on I will use it as my daily warm-up. I bought my violin last summer and I guess you can say I came in the back door learning the violin which always fascinated me, I and not sure if there´s a ring or wrong way of learning the violin as long as we pick it as our instrument. I am watching your beginner lessons and I will highly likely ask you some questions. Thank you for sharing so many amazing videos with us 🙂
Zlata and team. This is in response to your request for introduction and feedback if I understood it correctly from the "free lessons page". Folks the first thing you need to know about me is that I'm a compleat computer idiot. I probably shouldn't be responding at this location. That being said , I'm a 66 yr old just learning to scrape on the violin because I'm impressed at watching you and others that are so accomplished. And I need your company so I'm fiddling around with your free lessons stuff. I have a low cost Karl Knilling Sinfonia . (best I can do). I'm at this point having a peek at the Soundslice page for the scales with hopes to figure that out without goofing something. Thanks for you guy's company , encouragement and lessens. If I ever find some 💰 I will get you what I should
Hallo zlata. Lieve groeten!
Yes, yes, yes and yes ;). Welcome to my beginner course!
Hi, one question - G major triad is with g natural, or sharp?
G natural except if you play a G# triad of course.
I am glad that I am one of the first person to watch this video
And the last to finish practicing today ;)
@@violinlounge sorry but I didn't understand
sćharñhorst kisar Beethoven I mean, you were the first to watch and if you’d practice the most, you’ll finish practicing latest 💪🏻

how do i get the piano accompaniment.
The backing track is available at violinlessonsforfree.com and the piano score is available at imslp.org

You don't need to straighten them all the way. Think of them as a spring system. Try practicing bending and stretching with a pencil.
