@mikellbernardo8278 yes it does, i have been playing MS flight sim in VR and it works great. I havent sern a bottle neck in anything that ive tested so far.

@bruhfadbruh3641 sorry, I only have a 1080p 60fps monitor so I lock my fps at 60. I have gotten up to 90fps in testing g though. I found the main thing to make things run smooth is to lower the bitrate. This slows the traffic between cpu and gpu.

Hello, so does that 5500 complement that 4060 ti well? I have an asus B550M-A motherboard, 16gb of RAM and a certified 750w power supply.
even r5 5600x will bottleneck in some titles..

The 4060Ti can play @1440p but go with the 5600 or 5600x CPU
Hopefully our Benchmark will work with ryzen 5 5600g

Rog B500-F
2*8 gb ram
Gtx 1650
Psu 450w
165hz 1080p monitor
I'm planning to upgrade gpu this year. I want to be able to live stream at 1080p 60 fps on youtube while being able to play AAA games smoothly.
I would also like to take advantage of av1 encoder as I'll be streaming on youtube. So I'm kinda if 4060ti 8gb is good enough for this purpose or if i should extend budget for 4070.
Or wait for some good amd alternative with av1 encoding.
Also what size psu should i upgrade to?
And do i need to increase ram or 16gb will do good enough?
My budget is around 500$... But i don't mind waiting a few months to save more for better components.
Buying 4060ti which loosing (atm) to 3060ti gddr6x kinda strange, i dont know if av1 is worth it. But 4070 will be more than enough, with this gpu system's peak usage will be around 450w so 600 is minimum

network sux here... I can't stream properly... I heard av1 encoding would make it much better... That's why I'm leaning for gpu which supports it...
I don't really care about them losing to this or that card... And i don't intend to max out fps at ultra high maximum settings... I just want a good quality and smooth experience... If 4060ti 8gb can be enough to keep me going for next 3-4 years, I'll be able to buy it this month... Else I'll have to save for 2-3 months for additional money for 4070...
I'm not sure about 4060ti 16gb one... Feels like 4070 is much better than that extra money for extra 8gb on 4060ti specs
I don't know abt the best upgrade path, but what I do know is that if you go 4x8 on RAM you should be golden RAM wise. With streaming, 16 can be a pain in the ass in some cases.

@@DFUFSRYGaming Lucky thing is. If you have 4 RAM slots on your mobo you only have to buy the same 2x8 you got. RAM is criminaly cheap at the moment.

@@therealDL6769 probably both. the only upside of 4060 ti on the 3060 ti is dlss 3.0 and frame generation. it ain't much faster. and the vram thing is that ray tracing eats a lot of vram so 8gb might not cut it

You'd be surprised on how games are super gpu reliant, and how CPUs are light years ahead of GPUs in terms of development and tech.
I have a rysen 5 5500 and a rx 6800,
and it pairs good with out much bottleneck

i3 is a terrible 4-core processor, you will know if there is a game that uses multi-core in the future, i3's cache is even lower.
