I remember when Yousaf Reza Gillani was prime minister of Pakistan, a notification was issued that ISI is under interior ministry but later he has to withdraw this notification under pressure of military establishment.

First time court did the right with powerfuls. AG should resign and go to Dado for holidays as he does not deserve to be kept as AG as he has not fulfilled his promise. powerfuls do not listen to him and even PM . PM pakistan is already selected PM.

It needs to be appreciated that the activities of any country's enemies are by no means restricted to specific areas. These can take any route and extend to any field where they find a weakness. To quote one instance, the son of Britain's Secretary of State (minister) in Churchill's cabinet, Amry, was convicted and hanged for colluding with the enemy. Unless Pakistan's counter-intelligence agencies are given the necessary freedom, their hands will be tied and they may not remain effective, leaving the field open to her enemies.
Of course, this does not mean engaging in political engineering. The latter may however be specifically excluded from their term of duty. In the same vein, the honourable members of the judiciary must also remain conscious of the limits of their office and not use it as a pulpit for delivering extra-judicial sermons.
Looking other side of the missing persons, do any court or journalist ever tried to know the reasons behind the missing of persons. Why people go on missing, there must be some reasons. Courts should also investigate the reasons, weather genuine or not.
