The planets and Saturn rings on this boat in the Christmas 2023 Newport Beach Boat Parade appear to be video screens - but where do you get an ultra-thin ring video display?
The boat is called "The Last Harrah" and won the top award, as it has in many past years. I still don't know how they did the rings, but after looking at multiple videos, including helicopter shots, I can say that the planets are definitely circular video screens with narrow black surrounding bezels.
