- Chris and Lindy Ermoian and their son have been living the nomadic life for quite a while and are looking to settle down in a dream home to call their own. Will Chip and Jo be able to usher a proper-ty from the seventies into the 21st century and make their dreams come true?
I know the Ermoians (worked closely with Chris before) and I used to see Jo at the local gym. All salt of the earth good people. No pretense. Happy to see this turned out so well for the Ermoians.
Giving homes, and hearts, new hopes. Thank you for the examples you show us in working together with so much peace... and always Love.

This is one of my favorite houses they’ve done. It’s not too country, and it’s not dark and gloomy like most of the projects they do. The only thing I really didn’t like was the dining room chandelier. That master bath is pretty incredible, though.

I hate the carpet in the old home
No garage??? For that much money? Nah.
It had a garage, but they gave it up for the music room. I think they wanted this house because it had been built by her ancestors. I agree, though, that I would have made a different choice. I think after the first Texas-sized hailstorm rolls through they may be reconsidering the need for covered parking.

It brings in to the 21ist century! Red brick is becoming a thing of the past. Just that update alone brought the property value up tremendously.
