4K Blattgrün Green Paradise Zürich SWITZERLAND スイス

Blattgrün is located in the middle of a park in a forest-like environment outside Rifferswil/ZH on the site of a former rhododendron tree nursery. Since 2013 we have been producing perennials, wild species (native and foreign) and proven, long-lasting garden plants here according to the guidelines of Bio-Suisse (certified since 2016). We produce shade perennials, but also plants that grow in moist locations or in heavy soil.
Perennial cultivator Elisabeth Jacob and landscape architect Fredy Ungricht founded the Blattgrün nursery ten years ago.
The garden landscape, with ponds and small hills, hidden paths and arched bridges, is much more than a production area. Then, as it gets dark, little fireflies, whose lights flicker like greenish sparks through the nursery park.
Fireflies, also known as St. John's worms, are associated with the longest day and the name day of John the Baptist.
A mystical atmosphere like from another world.
